Associate Professor in Organizational Behaviour, in King Abdul-Aziz University, Faculty of Economics and Admin. She is Holding PhD. In Human Resources and Organizational studies from Portsmouth University in the UK, In the topic of Transformational Leadership. Dr. Seita has expertise in the field of training before joining the academic work. She has worked with Human Resource Development Fund and she has played a key role in delivering pre-work preparation and team work skills training course in different of training centers such as Alalamiah, Genus Academy and Wasaya training center. She has also involved in training and consulting with Vision Consulting and training from 2004 to 2008. She had also prepared and delivered variety of training courses.
Dr. Seita is member of CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is a professional association for human resource management professionals in the UK), she is also assigned as a head of human resources department in FEA from 2016-2017, The she has assigned as a Vice-Dean of Law Faculty in the girls camps. Dr. Seita is passionate about training senior and strategic level of management as she have the qualification in Transformational Leadership and experience in training, so she will bring her extensive experience and an energetic approach to the programs she delivers.
